THE PROJECT
The internal subdivision proposed by the company according to traditional schemes has been completely revised by redistributing the spaces with a more current concept having a contemporary flavour.
The client, already our customer for the town house, asked us to transform the spaces of this which would become his holiday home to optimise the square metres available and obtain at least 6 beds, an extra bathroom, and a warmer, more welcoming and modern interior decoration.
A great challenge which in any case led us, after careful and scrupulous planning, to perfectly hit the target and fully satisfy the customer’s requests: a completely renewed living space and look.

With kitchen and dining towards the windows with sea view. The wall with an arch that cut the living area in two was partially demolished, leaving room for a large opening with a square geometric shape, giving continuity between the kitchen and the living area.
The latter is furnished with a patented Clei transformable system which during the day is a bookcase wall with a sofa equipped with a chaise longue but with a simple gesture it transforms into a comfortable bed at night, always ready for use in order to accommodate two more guests who will have their privacy guaranteed simply by undoing the spectacular curtains gathered at the sides.
The second bathroom with shower has been created under the stairs.
THE CONCEPT
We have combined resin, metal, and wood for an interior with a decidedly glamorous design.

Contrasting fabrics and leathers to cover armchairs and sofas.
The bathrooms are linked by the same design thought: the rigor of the resins is warmed up by the unexpected use of highly effective graphic wallpapers that give a pinch of colour to the environment.
The casing has its own skin… and in the casing we have inserted minimal furnishings with decò contamination.
Finally, architecture and furnishings are enhanced by an either invisible or impressive light.
