THE PROJECT
The client, already our customer for various projects, called us to take care of the interiors of the cruise boat that he had commissioned from a custom production shipyard which was accustomed to classic designs and decorations, very far from his taste.
In which we had to work by taking into account precise weights to be respected, proportions and measurements calibrated to perfection, ergonomic solutions to make the most of the spaces of this houseboat, guaranteeing our customers maximum living comfort even on board.
This continues also in the interiors where it interacts with the precious essence of ebony, however used in small doses to give character to some details.
In fact, we find it in the graphic sign of the handles of the doors dividing the rooms, as a connecting insert between the panels of the boiserie in light leather that cover the vertical bulkheads, and in some details of the furnishings that mainly alternate glossy lacquered ral 9010 surfaces with bronze metallic lacquered ones: both to recall the external colour of the hull.
THE CONCEPT
Giving continuity between the external shell of the boat and the internal space was the main objective.
Precious leathers also cover the sofas of both the upper and lower dinettes in a warm dove grey. The overall mood is decidedly bourgeois and refined.
