From a simple drapery and upholstery workshop in the small town of Fagagna, in the province of Udine, Pratic has evolved to become a company known internationally for the quality of its awnings and outdoor structures with innovation in its DNA. Suffice it to say that the first canopy awning patent dates back to 1965, while in the 1980s Pratic began the mass production of arm awnings, a highly innovative item for the time.
Since 1994, Pratic has begun to devote itself systematically to the safety of awnings in the event of wind, studying various original solutions which are subjected to tests in the Pininfarina wind tunnel. In 1995, the Ellisse awning was born, an absolute innovation on the market characterised by the revolutionary elliptical box with integral closure, still celebrated today for the beauty of its design.
The vast range of Pratic products has been enriched over the years with extremely refined wooden and aluminium pergolas, structures characterised by the stylistic features of innovation, efficiency and reliability in total protection from the sun, rain and wind either in public or private spaces.
